Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. We would like to inform you below about the scope of the right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. If a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces exists, it is the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
