Pack the item and write the reason on the invoice if applicable (too small, too large, not liked, etc.). Please send the package as an "insured package" with tracking. After receiving the goods, the amount will be credited to you. Either as a PayPal refund or if you made an advance payment, please provide us with your bank details.
